Workout

With the gyms all closed she, and her sister, had to find another way to workout....
After some thought they realized that this worked out their thighs, glutes and abs....
She worked her way up to doing three sets of 500 and was very proud of herself....but her sister blew that mark away....her third set had been going for almost an hour and showed no sign of slowing down!!!
