Young Billy Wasn't Happy About This Hallowen Costume

Young Billy let his Auntie know that he really didn't want to wear this costume for Trick or Treating. He was even more unhappy when Auntie explained that this was not a costume it was what he'd be wearing to his cousin Ellen's Birthday party!!!
