Sissy School - Individual Inspection
One of the many rules the sissies had to adjust to was that any employee of the school from the headmaster down to the gardener could stop any student to make sure they were wearing panties as required.

This would be a great rule in a female led company where all the boy had to wear panties, or nothing at all.
